How do you create an office like Pixar? Fun fosters better work, and greater creativity... one of the most valuable elements in many first world country businesses today. It in no way means a workplace that doesn't work hard; Pixar's workers certainly put in long hours. But they obviously love what they do and where they work; it shows.
